Director, Gloria De La Ysla Heistein, has a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has developed or taught workplace ESL programs at Stanford University, Kaiser Hospital, Owens Corning Fiberglas, Raytheon Corporation, Space Systems/Loral, Becton Dickinson and Affymax Research Institute. Multilingual in French, Russian and English, Gloria has many years of successful experience teaching and working with non-native employees.
